Warranty Policy


Salamat Innovation offers a structured Warranty Policy that requires specific registration and adherence to coverage terms. 


Warranty Activation

To activate the warranty, you need to register your product online by scanning its QR code within 7 days of purchase. Failing to do so will void the warranty. 


Warranty Period

The warranty typically lasts for 6, 12, 18, or 24 months, depending on the product and brand. Some Voltme products have an 18 or 24-month warranty. Parts that wear down naturally, like gaskets, are usually covered for 6 months. 


Coverage and Exclusions

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or natural disasters. Products with altered or missing serial/QR codes are also not covered, nor is incidental damage from a product malfunction. 


How to Claim

  1. Contact Salamat Innovation Customer Care or an authorized seller within 24 hours of finding an issue.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and the product's serial number.

  3. The company will assess the product and will repair or replace it if the claim is valid.

  4. Customers outside Dhaka are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to customer care, while the return shipment is covered by Salamat Innovation
