Thank you for choosing Salamat Innovation. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return your purchase.

1. Return Policy:

1.1 Eligibility for Return: Return is only applicable if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or unboxed upon delivery. 


1.2 Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be covered by our warranty policy.

  • The product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.

  • If you received the wrong or defective product compared to what you ordered.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories still attached.

1.3 How to Request a Return?

  • You can request a return within 3 days from the date you received your product (delivery date).

  • Contact our customer service team immediately after receiving a defective, wrong, or unboxed product.

  • Provide your order details (order number, invoice, product name, and what the problem is).

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps.

1.4 Return Cost

  • A customer can only return a product if it is in an unsealed state, and the customer must pay a BDT 100 delivery charge.

  • If any customer or partner wants to return a product from a bulk order, they must pay a BDT 100 return cost.



2. Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange, Return, and Refund

2.1 Damages Due to Misuse: Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

2.2 Incidental Damage: Incidental damage due to product malfunction is not covered under this policy.

2.3 Used or Installed Items: Consumable items that have been used or installed are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

2.4 Tampered or Missing Serial/QR Codes: Products with tampered or missing serial/QR codes are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

2.5 Manufacturer's Warranty: Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty is not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

2.6 Incomplete Packaging: Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box and any other items originally included with the product, are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

2.7 The product is not under our warranty policy.
