Refund Policy
According to the Refund Policy of Salamat Innovation, refunds are primarily issued for advance payments when an order cannot be fulfilled or is canceled under specific conditions.
Eligibility and Processing
Full Refund: If you made an advance payment and the item is unavailable, a full refund is issued within 7 to 10 working days.
Order Cancellation: If you cancel a confirmed order after making an online payment, an online gateway transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
Product Unavailability: If an item is out of stock, Salamat Innovation may cancel the order within 25 working days and issue a refund. Alternatively, with your consent, the order can be held for up to 30 days.
Cashback Adjustment: Any cashback received at the time of purchase will be adjusted (deducted) from the final refund amount.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not granted in the following scenarios:
Damages caused by misuse or improper handling.
Products with tampered or missing serial/QR codes.
Consumable items that have already been used or installed.
Items returned with incomplete packaging or missing accessories.
Products not covered under the official Warranty Policy.
