PRE-ORDER Process

To pre-order from Salamat Innovation, follow these steps based on their official policies:

Order Placement:

Select the pre-order item on the website.

Proceed through the checkout "confirmation" stage to provide final details.

The company will send an order acknowledgement via message or call to confirm the request.

Payment Options: You can pay via Cash on Delivery (CoD), MFC, or SSL Commerce.

For MFC/SSL Commerce, payment is typically processed at the time of the order.

For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.

Fulfillment: Once stock is confirmed, the order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery:

Inside Dhaka City: Arrives in 2–3 business days after processing.

Outside Dhaka City: Arrives in 3–5 business days.

Tracking: You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number once the item has shipped.

Stock Issues: If the item cannot be supplied, they will notify you and provide a full refund if payment was already made. If items are temporarily out of stock, they may hold the order for up to 30 days with your agreement.
