Exchange Policy

The Exchange Policy of Salamat Innovation allows customers to swap products primarily when items are defective or if the wrong model was ordered. 


Key Exchange Rules

Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.


Eligibility:

The product must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

It must be in its original, unopened packaging.

The item must be accompanied by the original invoice and all accessories.

The product must be covered by their Warranty Policy.


Exchange Costs:

Company Paid: If the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent, Salamat Innovation covers all shipping costs.

Customer Paid: If you wish to exchange a correct product for a different model (e.g., you ordered the wrong version), you are responsible for both return and new shipping fees. 


Non-Eligible for Exchange

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Products with tampered or missing serial/QR codes.

  • Used or installed consumable items.

  • Incomplete packaging or missing accessories.
