Delivery Policy

Welcome to Salamat Innovation! We provide Free Delivery (T&C apply) right to your doorstep. No matter where you are in the country, we've got you covered! Here's how we get your order to you:

1. Where We Deliver:

We deliver all over Bangladesh with our trusted third-party delivery partners Pathao, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier Service.

2. How Long Does It Take?

Order Processing Time: We get your order ready for shipping within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). If you order after 4:00 PM (Bangladesh time), your order will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time (After Processing):

Inside Dhaka City: Your order will arrive in 2-3 business days.

Outside Dhaka City (All Other Areas): Your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.

Important Note: Sometimes, due to bad weather, political unrest, or other things we can't control, delivery might take a little longer. We will always try to tell you if there's a delay.

3. Free Delivery Condition:

You will get free delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, but shipping charges will apply if the cart value is less than 1,000 taka OR if the discount exceeds 14%.

Inside Dhaka City: A flat shipping fee of ৳70 BDT applies to all orders.

Outside Dhaka City: A flat shipping fee of ৳120 BDT applies to all orders.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link. You can use this to see where your package is at any time.

5. What if My Package Is Damaged or Lost?

If your package arrives damaged or if it gets lost during delivery, please contact our customer service team right away. We will help you sort it out.
