Education
* Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Additional Requirements:
* Age 24 - 30 years
* At least 1-2 years experience.
* Must have strong knowledge of MS Office packages (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation & Tally software).
* Should have very good Interpersonal Skills.
* Should have computer typing skills in English and Bengali.
* Should be self-motivated, dynamic, and energetic.
* Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
* Need to join immediately.
Responsibilities & Context:
* Recording of all transactions in Excel & Tally software.
* Recording of all types of Vouchers.
* Prepare bank reconciliation.
* Prepare monthly budget.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
* Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide the company.
* Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
* Physical count of inventory.
* Verify materials receive and issue.
* Verify all financial data & report to controlling as required.
* Perform other duties as required by the management.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by managing existing dealers and counter dealers within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers to ensure product availability and market penetration.
• Identify and recruit new dealers to expand the company’s reach.
• Regularly visit markets and counters to monitor performance and address dealer queries.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure the timely delivery of products and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in mobile accessories or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and develop effective strategies for improvement.
• Familiarity with dealer management and territory operations.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business background preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• 
  Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, specifically in the mobile accessories or electronics sector.
• 
  Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent dealer and client management ability.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
• Others: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
